Tybalt clearly expresses himself as a very pugnacious person. By claiming that he hates the word peace, he proves that
he has a very, very strong hate towards the Montagues.
As Benvolio attempts to break up the fight between houses, Tybalt appears and restarts the fight. You can tell that Tybalt
and Benvolio seem like complete opposites in the fight between houses, showing the true nature of each character.
